I am pleased to announce the following new appointments:
Kristin Cook: Physical Education Teacher
Ms. Cook has been an Elementary PE teacher for the past six years. She holds a Master’s in Physical Education and Special Education.
Eryn Burke: Grade 3 Remote Teacher
Ms. Burke has teaching experience in the Boston and Medford Public Schools. She holds a Master’s in Education from Lesley University.
Ryan Barry: Grade 3 Remote Teacher
Mr. Barry has teaching experience at the Rashi School in Dedham, MA and The Fessenden School in Newton, MA. Mr. Barry holds a Master’s in Education from Lesley University.
Maria Pereira Velez: Instructional Kindergarten Instructional Aide
Ms. Velez has teaching experience at the Community Action Agency of Somerville, MA.
Keona Brazil: Instructional Kindergarten Instructional Aide
Ms. Brazil is a graduate of CRLS and has worked in various Cambridge youth agencies.
Amisi Nazaire-Hicks: Instructional Kindergarten Instructional Aide
Ms. Nazaire-Hicks is a graduate of UMass Amherst and has worked in various Cambridge youth agencies.
Yuliza Valentine: First Grade Instructional Aide
Ms. Valentine is completing her Master’s in Education at Boston College. She previously was the Camp Director at the Keylatch Summer Program for the past four years.
Angela Castillo: First Grade Instructional Aide
Ms. Castillo is completing her Master’s in Education at Boston College.
Sam Holmes: First Grade Instructional Aide
Mr. Holmes received a Fulbright grant to teach English in an elementary school in Spain. He is completing his Master’s in Education at Boston College.
Rebecca Simonson: Building Substitute
Ms. Simonson is completing her Master’s in Education at UMass Boston.
